Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring ID?+
Yes. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. You must bring a valid passport or photo driving licence to gain entry. Student ID alone is not accepted as proof of age.
Can I pay with cash?+
No. Club Salvation is cashless — we only accept card and contactless payments at all bars and facilities.
Is there a cloakroom?+
Yes. Cloakroom is available at £2 per item. We recommend using it to keep your hands free and belongings safe.
What is the dress code?+
There is no strict dress code, but effort is appreciated. On Saturdays, sportswear and fancy dress are not permitted. On Wednesdays and Fridays, both are welcome. Caps must be worn backwards.
Can I get a refund on my tickets?+
We do not offer refunds except in the event of a cancelled night. All ticket sales are final.
I lost something — what do I do?+
Report lost items via our lost property system (Loggit). Our team reviews all reports and uses an automatic matching system to reunite you with your belongings.
Is there an outdoor smoking area?+
Yes. We have an outdoor terrace available for smoking and vaping.
What time do doors open?+
Doors open at 9:30pm on Wednesdays and 10:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Closing time is 3:30am.
